I got same issue, that why I cant download any EA that I already purchased. I try to clean Community folder from MetaQuotes folder but nothing happen. Click on Install button on my Purchase tab doesn't make changes. Click on Install button for test demo of any EA => it show "Installation is failed"
Are you sure you are logged into your MQL5 account with your stiffmeister login and not any other, facebook, google etc. ?
