No you can't. It's hardcoded in the algorithm.

Doesn't change anything. The genetic algorithm is hardcoded in MT4/MT5 tester and can't be changed.
The initial count is just an estimate, nothing more. It will keep going as long as it keeps making better iterations. It will stop short if it can't.
Sabil Yudifera, like Alain said it does not change anything because already use the cloud quite frequently. But really I do not understand the cost of the cloud
