is there any problem if i use Ichimoku on H1 chart.
What do you mean with "problem"?
- Your trading? You have to try it out yourself!
- Technically? No if the indicator you want to use works correctly!
- ...?

I mean, I read somewhere that it don't give proper result on smaller time frame, and should be used on higher time frames. What do you mean with "problem"?

I am basically a day trader, and uses economic calendar events to trade.
In that scenario, is it worth to use it in 1hour time frame

That is entirely up to you to define your strategy! The Ichimoku is at its heart just a few moving averages. Just using the indicator, does not make a strategy or trading plan nor does it guarantee success or failure, irrespective of the Time-Frame or Symbol being used.
In fact, no indicator at all is "good" or "bad", until it is used in conjunction with other aspects that make up a Strategy and Trading Plan, including Risk and Money Management.
Thanks a lot for your advice.
