Hi there, 

Just want to ask, if I use an activation on my current PC. But my PC seem have some problem so I have to take it to the shop and might reformat the PC. So is that mean that I will need to spend another activation on the next? 
 
I don't think you will lose the activation count on your PC as long as you still have the same hardware (Hard Disk).

Hm, this is also what I am thinking. 

Will try to figure out after I format the PC. 

It's because some of them are saying that it also look on your OS. 

Worry about that.
