Problem attaching INDICATOR to chart in MT4 version 4.00 build 1090

I have an indicator, which worked perfectly fine, but last 2 weeks it has stopped working.

I have deleted and reinstalled, the indicator is on the Navigator, it is successfuly attached and shows on the data window, but does not show on the chart.

Log is all fine, no error message

Complie it again with metaeditor.
