Hi Andy,

I would recommend a couple of things...this forum discusses the Ichimoku strategy and I believe James still answers questions INDICATOR ENTRY/EXIT - Final Ichimoku (Strength Based Signals, Break-even, Trailing) .

And there's a 3 part Ichimoku tutorial put together here:

I would also recommend adding the Ichimoku indicator to the chart while running the strategy so you can tell where the signal is being generated based on the indicator.
