I wonder if its a location or broker related problem, because I am connected alright (as a signal provider) and only one of my subscribers contacted me with this problem (using a different broker than me).
Also, I see that out of the thousands of MQL5 signal subscribers, only a few (2 dozens) posted here so far, having this problem.
Most probably this has happened for all subscribers who follow any signal no matter where the location is, what the broker is, etc.
The reason you don't see them complaining, because there is no error message in the MT4 terminal and it looks as normal, unless you check the journal tab...
Those who are complaining here (and the numbers keep increasing), either their signal provider opened a new trade, it is not copied for them or any trade is closed by SP and not closed for them which made them to look for the reason and check Journal tab.
The most irritating part of this story is, MQL5 just keeps silent and not even an update to the users of this huge portal to just let them know "YES THERE IS AN ISSUE", I know people who lost like 40% of their money just and just because of this issue.
even without solving the problem and mql5 tells me to do this to solve the problem, they still have not realized that the problem they have.

I think, they have a problem with virus. Last week, I got an email from my VPS-Company:
"Hello Axel,
Your server has been rebooted and cleaned from the virus infection made by the MetaQuotes, the company developing a MetaTrader platforms!
In the next days we will provide detailed explanation in our social network accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instgram and etc.) how MetaQuotes infected thousands of MetaTrader terminals and computers in order to create the buggest financial scam targeting to destabilize financial markets in order their owners to earn billions profit for seconds.
As proof we are attaching several screenshots.
Please watch and share below video clip where you can see how your VPS server has been infected and probably your local PC is infected in the same way.

Not many people will notice the disconnection from the signal server. Their terminal will keep all trades open and will happily tick away all of the price fluctuations making it look like everything is OK. Lets hope not many have trades open that have hit a stoploss on the signal end and have been closed by the signal provider, but not at the subscriber end.
Everyone SHOULD LOOK AT THEIR "JOURNAL" TAB on their terminal!!
