Assuming you mean the mobile app, it's under Oscillators  :-)

I can only find Relative Vigor Index.

Do you really see RSI somewhere?

Maybe it is the fault of my app.

It's the indicator directly above Relative Vigor Index. if you don't see it, reinstall your mobile version.
