COT report in your trading?

Hi guys
I'm currently implementing COT indicators for MT4 and I wonder - does anybody uses COT reports in their Forex trader?
My concern is that they are reported weekly and that they are usually delayed for several days. So the question is: are they useful?
Lagging too much
Can not be used in normal trading
