Trendlines drawn to set time

Hi All

Does anyone have an indicator like this available. I want to be able to set the time for the day (maybe 2 different times in the same day) and have a trendline between the high or low of that time, depending on whether it is the high at the time or the low.

And what happens when it is nether high or nether low at the certain bar at a certain time (as it is a case in 99% of cases)?

Not worried about it being the highest or lowest of the day, just at that specific time. So it would be like at time X is that bar higher or lower than the previous bar.

I am afraid that I do not understand what would be drawn in such cases
