It is impossible - first from the broker side and then from the market side (you would be skimmed in no time once when they notice that you are moving the markets at your will - the only way to avoid that would be to do it completely randomly, but in that case states would ban you from trading. When it comes to controlling forex, individuals are never going to be let control it completely - that would be a complete disaster to any economy

Sure you can. Easily. Only, if, though, you make enough to buy your own island, and then designate the currency "Dollars" and make sure it has a LOT of zero's. Then, you could truly say that you had a Trillion Dollars.
