I want to ask if any free metarader server can upload EA to it for forward test not backtest for a period of time as a month or more ??

You will have to use some VPS for that

As far as I know there are no free VPSs

...and think that VPS are extremely insecure, all windows server are extremely easy to bypass (especially for those who are owner those server)
