It is a multi time frame (it automatically uses data form the first higher time frame)

I don't know - you know more than I do of the usage of that indicator
In any case it it is using higher time frame, some multi time frame adjusting must happen and the some signals might be "repainted" regardless of the type of the chart it is using
Anybody knows this?
More or less that is a crossing of 3 period average of close and open. It should not repaint
