A mistake in 4 TF MACD

As you can see, there is a mistake in 4TF MACD.

It shows 1H up, when the 1H MACD shows down.

Can I do something ?

There is no mistake in that indicator. It is showing the position of MACD related to signal line in that case. Set the TrendOnZeroCrossto true and in that case you are going to get a MACD to zero relative value - like this :
