Practically it is not possible the market to be controlled by anyone. The forex market is far too big to be controlled by a government, not to say anything about a certain company or an individual. it is driven by the law of demand and supply, without being altered by any entity or a person in my opinion.
Considering that even the platforms we trade on are controlled by someone, is there any doubt?
