See this post : https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/181280/page28 . The state of the newest metatrader is in such a mess that any a bit more serious coding has to wait. They are again changing things that will probably cause new recoding even of stuff already adapted for new metatrader 4

Per moment it can not be done. When buttons on a main chart are not pressed all is OK, but when they are pressed, metatrader does not recognize them by name any more and if you change time frames, they are reverted to un-pressed state. Other than that it works, but with that bug, not ready to post
