does Mogalef-Bands work well for 30M H1 ??

Sorry I hadn't noticed the edit to your post. Yes the bands work just the same in any TF, though for some you might have to tweak the two input values until the bands fit the price action.

Just get the MogalefBands 4.mq4 from mladen's post on page one, and put it in your experts/indicators folder then restart Metatrader - it should compile it on startup.

The following pic is EURUSD 4 Hour - I had to adjust the values to 12 and 20 as the price action's a lot less volatile than in shorter TFs:-
