Zero stop loss

hello people !

is a strategy with zero stop loss possible on mt4 ?

if so, which brokers ?

if not what would be an alternative ? another system ? commission only based brokers ?

basically i have a demo strategy that runs on candle stick signals that works very well.

if for example 2nd bar is upward trend, open trade, take profit would be small / 20 pips or so, however stop loss would be zero. so if price returns to open order price then, close out.

is this possible ?

or will all brokers look to scupper my strategy with their large spreads that would start well over my intended sl ?

May be Scalping would do with Zero SL. But even that, IMO very hard..

 

I was reading some case on some forum long time ago (it was long well-known thread) when some trader (related to the broker) - was trading inside the spread. Trading inside the spread is good technique if you are the broker

 

Zero stop loss is possible after your order has some profit.

Usually in EAs this functionality is called breakeven.

You still can't set the stoploss to 0 when you open an order because of the spread.

thanks, any tips to what would be best brokers to use with lowest spread or even better , zero spread and charge a small commision only ? ecn/ndd ? mt4 compatible of course...
