Since that indicator is using macd and bollinger bands (4 standard deviations in the end - the way it is calculated), sensitive is simply there to multiply macd values in order to bring it to values comparable to standard deviations (otherwise macd would almost always be less than 4 standard deviations)

Int this version set the barToUse parameter to 1 and it will use previous candle. If you set it to 0, it will work as before : mn_atr-range_102__alerts.mq4
