Can not be 100% sure, but from the picture that can be multiple Gann high low activator made to draw dots instead of lines and showing colored candles when all cross in the same direction

I do not believe that anybody can code you something based on a screenshot only. Without knowing the math (and the rules), it is almost 100% sure that it is impossible to replicate something based only on a picture (unless that something is already known)
