Nohedge ?

Mr tools's statement shows the EA taking martingale position.

I don't understand exact meaning of hedge systems.

What is different hedge systems and martingale systems ?

updated

Polyfit 1.61 using 1.59 moderate set but with .20 starting lotsize and ECN = true since i'm using it on Jade platform which is ECN that charges commission. And Kokoriso7 hedge can be different way, but this Ea is concerned about opening orders in same currency pair but say you are in buy and get in trouble then you open sell while buy still open to cover your losses, this is a no-no for U.S. brokers, so this code is protection aganist this, now martingale kinda the same principle but you are opening trade when you are in trouble but the trade is in same direction, not in opposite as in hedge, but with bigger lotsize.

Glad to be back to Forex TSD! If I am assuming correctly, the 1.59 polyfitscalper cannot be installed on IBFX (demo or live) platform due to the hedging capabilities? Or should I try to demo 1.59 no hedge with IBFX? The time shift setting for IBFX is -7 GMT since they are in Salt Lake City.

On another note, if i wanted to use this EA with the hedging capabilities, I will have to seek a non-US broker...correct?

Which is the most reliable, recommended non-us broker that has low spreads that works well with this EA?

Yes, you can try no hedge versions:

https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/179816

Time?

It is not local time.

It is the broker's sever time.

For Alpari - TimeShift = 0;

Alpari is on GMT + 2 now.

IBFX is on GMT + 0 now on summer.

So, I think - it should be TimeShift = -2 for IBFX.

Thanks ND!

I tried to run v1.60 on CollectiveFX. Despite enabling ECN=1 and actual data history not trade is starting during backtesting. Any idea why ?

Did you download all necessary files and placed it in right place?

Yes, agree.

But: it is too many versions ... and I am using just 2.

It is difficult to explain everything by 1 post.

This section is small one so it is not a problem to read few pages sorry ...
