If you read the thread you'll find these numbers are created from a NN method. Basically attempting to predict market psych with a specific number created by an algorithm fed to an AI. Crunching fibs,with a dash of market psych? I really don't know. But I believe his ( or Notch's ) NN is kicking out good numbers.
