Basically, if the numbers above are lower highs and lower lows then you should wait for the forecast high to be hit then go short and use the following forecast highs (+5) as trailing stops and vice versa.

Or you could buy the lows and sell the highs.

I'll switch to 60 mins on Monday. 30 min works well but to much work posting the levels.
