Sorry but I'm stopping testing this system. There is something I don't like: complicated.
Also, on last Currency Trader is an overview of past articles about this momentum and reinforces my idea. By daily trading could work but most traders focus en smaller timeframes. We could change our levels a couple of times per months but for 6 times in a day. It's too complicated.
But we can keep talking about the overall idea: Momentum precedes price.

Two pictures are identical and it's supposed to be different. I made something wrong when I've written that post. I can't find the original and different picture so he's a new one and plus another.
Very simple. Look for peak or valley going to OB/OS. We expect a new retest of that level in next bars, usually the big move. Enter on first signal.
RSI IMHO is one of the best momentum indicator to lay with this technique.
On this examples momentum is always proceeding price. It tell us to where the price will go.
Next post we will see this on combination with John Bollinger inventions.
