Looks like MACD 1 signal is reversed;
Buy when Signal is under 0 and Sell when Signal is Above 0
See attached
Hope this helps
David
If you read the trades on the last image.Read trades at bottom.ORDER 102 IS STOP LOSS AND 103 IS PLACED.
When an existing position is closed by stop loss, the previous signal which could not be traded (cause already existing position open),the previous order which could not be traded is placed
OILFXPROTell me if I understand you correctly. When MACD above 0.07 on USDJPY, we open pending buy, at the very next hour, MACD still above 0.07, but previous order not trigger because market price did not go up and pickup the order, we place ANOTHER new pending buy order there? So, when market shootup it will trigger 2 position in 1 shot?
Hi David, here showing example again of EA not working
Two Buy trades, One win, One loss but as you can see MACD 1 is not in correct position.
Thank you for your furthur chart elaboration. It does seems to have some problem on the entry logic. I'm checking what is wrong now. Meanwhile having my holiday at the theme park. Wifey gone wild at the casino Gotta make a buck.

OILFXPROThanks! Now I know what you mean. Only open a pending trade when the MACD is HEADING UPWARD, cross the 0.07 trigger line, instead of keep opening above 0.07. Is that right?

David

DavidIf you look at the chart and the dated of entries, the open order closed after 4 days and the ea immediately opend the signal from four days ago.

OILFXPROPending order deletion setting in the EA is "Duration" (in seconds) which in the EA you posted is set to 0
The "Hours" setting is the hour to close all orders on Friday if FridaySafe=True

OILFXPROPlease refer to Matrixebiz's post.

And yes, matrixebiz is right. When you set Duration=0, the pending order will stay forever. If you wanted the trade to be cancel after 1 hour, you'll have to set duration = 3600. 3600 means 3600 seconds.
Hour doesn't filter the trading hour, but to close off all trades on Friday's 15:00 hours(on your broker's time). Every friday when time reaches 15:00, it will close off anything.

Why is still opening old orders several hours laters or several days later?
How should it be?
int KillDuration=3600,i=0;?
int KillDuration=0,i=3600;?
