Stochatic MACD

Stochastic MACD by Alexander Gettinger

Formulas:

Stochastic MACD = 100*(B1-MA-Min)/(Max-Min), where

B1 = MA(Short_Length, Method, Price, i)-MA(Long_Length, Method, Price, i),

MA = Moving average(B1, Signal_Length, Method, i),

Min, Max - minimum and maximum B2 at range from (i-Stochastic_Length) to i,

B2 = B1-MA.

Marketscalper, the macd here https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/178018/page54 has all the averages that are used in AllAverages_v3.1.
