Confusing

Hi Perky, Thank you for sharingthis EA, I was wondering if you have a consolidated list of esperts and indicators, I am a newbie who finds this a little confusing to decide which is the EA to use.

well i have posted the expert and the indicator it uses i am forward testing on eurusd 1 hour charts

with indicators and manual trading I use

the following indicators

the perkyinds.tmp file goes into the \templates folder

the others into the experts\indicators folder

and if you have done it correctly the charts should look like this

the darker bottom hist i use for heads up - maybe a trade

followed by the one above for confirmation

Thanks a lot Perky My chart now looks like the one you have posted, but the colored dots are missing. Do I need anyother indi?

sharing your knowledge unselfishly always weighs the Karma in your favour.....

I just realised if you recompile a running expert (as I did to tidy the version up) this logic resets

if (BarTime == Time[0]) return(0);

TickPrice = 0;

TradeAllowed = true;

and another trade is opened so a warning to others using this type of logic to calculate a new bar as I do... - I wont be recompiling running versions again!!

I think if you add this line to the init section it may not reset your logic when you recompile.

if(UninitializeReason(REASON_RECOMPILE) return;

I forgot to post it and ive just lost my hard disk

hope to get it back when i do ill post it just signals when the solarwind mod1 \crosses the 0 line up /down

now with losing my other puter forward testing starts again when i can
