The smooth line looks like a jurik moving average (jma). The staggered line, I am not so sure about I saw something similar in posts here from along way back. I am sure someone knows what it is. You can get a good jma indicator from codegurus's site. It think its XP Worx - Custom MetaTrader (MQL4) Programming and Free Expert Advisors - Indicators - Libraries - Scripts - MetaTrader Extensions (c++ DLLs)
the smoothe one looks like xpma from codersguru and the other is some sort of mtf but i havent seen it before
i think it is a moving average (common one) MTF, it is calculated from a higher timeframe and displayed in that lower timeframe, probably with a little period (3 or 4?) :P maybe
