If everything is ok, but 20 or 80 would have the line running horizontally

and the fields have to be red or green background

It can not be made like that. Range of the DSS bressert does not conform with the prices (DSS ranges from 0 to 100 and price on the chart can range from any value to any other value) and that is why it never can be made to be drawn on the main chart like that - you can not mix completely different values that way

Also, those fields are impossible to draw in metatrader 4 the way you expect it. They can be made only using metatrader 5 (but even in metatrader 5 the upper limitation stands)

Or may you suggest me another indicator (repainting indicator) that has a similar output of that?

No idea if there is a repainting version. The ones that I am familiar with are not (there is no reason why should DSS repaint)
