Pivot high/low for Metatrader

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if a picot high/low indicator is available for Metatrader - I am NOT talking about Pivot Points, but rather an indicator that plots high and low points as pivot high and pivot low does in TradeStation (see attached graphic)

Green dots are pivot lows (bar to left has higher low and bar to right has higher low)

Red dots are pivot highs (bar to left had lower high and bar to right has lower high)

Could anyone tell me where to find this for MT4 ?

It's a particular case of fractal. Do some search for fractals, I am sure you will find something.
