MACD minus signal is by definition OSMA. You have it in the built in indicators of metatrader

If you are looking for information from different brokers, then you can not do that without multiple mt instance. And then you would need to make some way of exchanging values (using named pipes, files or some other method for that)

Initially it was supposed to work only on the first Friday of the month - to try to play on the news "Non-Farm Employment Change". But as you understand it only 12 transactions per year. Therefore, it was decided to work on every Friday.
