I am very sucessful in this. It is easy. I have a very good EA that I use that uses mathmatics, technical indicators and news. Forex trading is not really that difficult but everyone seems to make it so. Keep trying everyone and good luck to you.
Hi, any chance of letting us know where we can get or buy this EA?
The 'magic lot size' is based on broker volume, and FXDD doesn't mind if you post 50 lot trades from what I heard. Many brokers have phone confirmation required for over 10 lots, but I don't think this is common for MT4 brokers since they have automatic tools for managing their overall position.
I do think it is an important concept, regardless of the number: eventually you attract attention.

And henry, I agree with you. Mathmatics and news are the key. But I don't believe in indicator. When I just started I was amazed by many pictures posted on forums with indicators. Then I tried them and found out indicators just don't work. There is always lag. And the worse part is, there are just far too many indicators. Maybe you have found or made a indicator that is good with your system. Care too share a bit of your success?

I started to use 2 manual systems on a live account, so far I've made 44pips today, taking advantage of the EURUSD/USDCHF Breakout this evening.
The first system is the Dolly System v10:

I've also tested v11 but for some reason I like v10 more.
The second system is the Brain System which I use to trade the reversal levels after the Breakout is pivoting:

I find these 2 systems really good and very profitable, I haven't had too much
luck with the EA's for these systems, but manually trading them has been good to me so far

If there's any comment, plz let me knowI've been only trading the Dolly System for the past 4 days so I can't really post any huge results, but as I said, so far it has been profitable for me.
I will keep you guys posted when I'll have some more forward trading data.
