Yes, trading only level 3 news is probably enough. Getting experience about how the EA works was/is important for me, so when I have time I practice on a demo account.
BTW, do you trade news live with this EA?

I backtested this EA (version #5) for some weeks trying to find the better settings and I recognized that GBPUSD is most risky pair for news trading. may be because of volatility. So 10 pips for GBPUSD is ok.
Will see.

ChrisstoffI use *Live* version 2 of this EA, from 0.2 to 1 lot for *only* big movers news (ADP, Rates, CPI, ...), and after fundamental analysis...(check if the price is already priced...etc).
Version 5 i will test first in Demo. But it's look promising.

And I am using trailing stop =10 and because of that I got small profit and small losses as well. Will continue with my settings and then will increase trailing stop up to 20 pips.
hop... another +30 for GBP news....
The same is here, I also caught 30 pips on GBP CPI. It was very quick and smooth. (Could have been 60 pips as well, but better is one pip profit than any loss...)
I had no other trade today so far. US Trade Balance will be the next one my computer with this EA goes for.
2:30pm USD Trade Balance (+0pips)...
OrderStep was 15 on EUR/USD.
ooops cut too fast... missing pips but no lost.
