2. Metaquotes Corp explicitly denied the brokers' ability to target individual traders.
3. Brokers that use MT4 were caught on numerous occasions cheating, spiking etc. So, the software allows this, albeit we cannot know for sure whether it is possible only on a collective basis or can be implemented individually.
4. MT is designed to "inhale" several datafeeds if needed. The broker can turn on/off individual datafeeds - thus manipulating the price.
