Sorry opinion about what ? Conditions of the usage ? I think that you should sell when the fastest MA crosses the rest and sell the opposite. I do not know why there are so many SMAs, probably only to make it look more complicated.
I would love to talk with the liar that claims this is a holy-grail-indicator!

That s not one indicator. It is a series of simple moving averages (similar to Guppy mma, except that gmma uses ema and different periods)
This indicator just need a strong filters , Not enough to use it alone
