This is a purely Tom DeMark's technique. The author didn't ever mention his name

The doc is from forewfactory.com on the Mouteki System which uses the Tom DeMark Trendline to draw the supply/demand line. If you want more info or feedback on it, you would get a greater response form there than here since it originated from there.... I find that true of many systems....
