PS: in mtf mode arrows are drawn on a first bar that belongs to the target time frame bar, not the last one (it is done so in order to avoid multiple alerts for the same target time frame bar when in mtf mode)

This should do it

Did not use the one you posted but made one that shows bars as it should (here is a comparison of the "on chart" and the "separate" version with step set to 0) even in the separate window. It is drawing the bars as objects, so it might be a good idea to limit the number of bars on chart to some reasonable value since metatrader is known for slowing down when a lot of objects are in one chart

Here you go You are going to get 8 different alerts (since the indicator draws 8 different colors) : 4 for up trend change and 4 for down trend change. Parameters for alerts are as usual

PS: for those not familiar with this indicator, it needs StepMA_v7 and StepRSI_v5.2 to work. Both can be downloaded from this post : https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/general
