I dont work on this strategy but im trying to watch this levels. What i can say: strong levels work perfect and the system looks simple. But many people coldnt understand it ( i dont know whay) - most of them need moneymaking algorithm

Yes i know the system works great but our problem is we dont have all the rulls in english and some support from a level trader who speack english:)

I speak russian but my english is poor
On this site TraderNeo dont say how to work - but give levels on all timeframes. If the level is strong - price usually jumps aside. If it broke the level - it goes to next level

Yes u right. I think that most important in this system is "levels" because Neo work rebound from the strong levels.

Russian is my mother tongue (native). So if I say that i don't understand last 10 or 15 pages of his manual in Russian so it is nothing my languages abilities. It is something which I don't understand in my language. If I don't understand the manual I can not translate it.
Probable we need to invite TraderNeo to this thread for clarification of some rules. If he does not speak English so I may translate his posts (i may edit his posts to be in english).
