Why short here. How to define slow market?

Kaveh, explain please why did u decide to take short 211.83 (I know it was LR), but original system COG + Juice showed to take long. Juice was high, so how to defince slow market?

I told to room why i short cable/jpy cz i short at this level for longtrem

this optional trade and cable/jpy was at upper band H4 timeframe.

the original system for cable/jpy is juice+cog+revers for day trading.

1-when juice for eur and cable under +3

2-when no news on markets

3-when UK or US holiday

4-10-15 houres befor big news

5-only markets find sup or res 15-30pips and trade at supp or res

means markets is slow.

Hi, I guess the buy zone is for buying and sell zone is for selling but what do you do when all the conditions are met for buying in the selling zone ............. and vice versa.
