Since the beginning i am stating that this EA is not Profit Generator but Loss Generator !!
Above is one more proof ... How can this EA which gathered more 62 pages of comments and development .... still loosing money...
My frog by following the trend is doing much better !
He's just going against the trend and just pure speculation on possible overbought or reversal entries

I would rather suggest to concentrate on Sputnik !!! it works on real time and i did 350 pips today on 4 pairs

This is today, i am not using the same setting as at default.
Useclose true, tp 45, sl 15, tsactivation 10, trailpips 10, ema true Ema 10 and 30
33 pip profit, not that great but it will do
i took 130 pip profit trading manually, bought position at1.2110 eurusd on friday looking for a breakout, would be nice if ea took same kind of profit

Well, out of respect to the spirit of the forum and the creator of this thread, I am done posting my ideas about pivot trading here. My idea is out there. This Pro-gen entry method is an important discovery, no question. I sincerely hope this thread doesn't fizzle out and some more experimentation with filtering ideas is done with this. If I have any more ideas, I will post. Ideas like Sputnik are viable, the XXX indicators agree thing. Pivot trading is another time proven low risk, profitable trading methodology in forex. Somehow I find it very strange that there are so many good manual trading methods and that not much has been accomplished in the way of automation. I think that ultimately, a winning EA will need to be very complex and take into consideration S/R levels as well as trend direction and exhaustion, etc, etc, etc. There are a lot of things that need to be taken into account when trading. My apologies to anyone who may feel I have stepped on this thread, it hasn't been my intentions. Good Luck everybody, let's not give up!!

On my forward testing, on GBPUSD ,H1, SL=0 TP=80 BL=12, UseObsoleteMethod= True, ObsoleteMinute=30. As per my attached chart you can see a loss of 126 Pips. I wonder why Obsolete did not work here?

Just so I can humor myself, how can I set it so it only takes trades in the agreement of the direction of the 5 and 12 EMA's on the 15min even though trading off the hour?

BillyChange the ema's then set EMAtf to the TF you want to use. Easy way... start a new EA on new chart... change the idbase to 300000
