Ranee have you tried v1.14ecn its the same as v1.11 and v1.13all, just has the ecn parameter added that you can turn off or on as needed think we pretty much got all the bugs out of that one. The new version is here

in case you want to try, and it also has a preferred setting parameter you can enter your settings in there then leave preferred settings to true and put it on any pair and your all set, or if you prefer, just furnish your settings and will add them in there.

Sometimes - I see same error if market price is too close to the pending order, and in this case - Metatrader can not do anything with this pending order and error'ing by itself
