Discussion - page 112

Hi everybody. I'm new to this forum since yesterday, and there is a lot of things to read through for me.

I would like to test Alpha9 and electra, together on a small account, but at the moment i dont know what they exactly do, so maybe i will need some help from you guys.

there is a question which bother me since yesterday. I heard about some indicators called NoLagMA or Sanefx and i'm asking myself, is there any post in this forum, where a possible EA is trying to be programmed for those indicators.

I was trying for my self to program an EA for NoLagMA, but the problem is, that i dont know, how to use all the information of this custom indicator in an EA. Could someboday help me?

You trade the indicaotr like this: changecollor from red to green -> close sell open buy position and vica verse

Here is the post of the indicator from this forum:

Thanks for any help.

It is impossible to use those EAs (Alpha and Electra) on small account together or separatedly. because it is MTF EAs and need some big deposit anyway.

As I see now: Electra is losing this week a lot, Alpha with normal settings is winning, Alpha with RSI setting is winning during the many weeks but slowly.

Go to Alpha and Electra threads for settings and so on.

alternative to MT4 terminal for backtesting?

I thought I saw a post somewhere with a link to a third party MQL backtesting software. Now I can't find it anywhere. Was I just seeing things or does one exist? Some kind of alternative to MT4 terminal for backtesting?

Multi Symbol Backtesting idea

Has anyone ever tried to trick the tester in to testing multi pairs by ammending price history from another pair in to the history data of the pair being tested? Could possibly either hard code the EA to not trade at the end of one period/beginning of another or convert the prices in the data so the price action is smooth through the whole history....

Which signals fit the category of routine low risk profit

I am new to this mountain of knowledge and after a days reading, I am still unsure where to focus my attention for routine (not necessarily every day) lower risk signals with some consistency, any suggestions.

Also, is there a way to turn on Elite Signals on the new RAS site. Thanks again
