Just to re-mind: i am updated this small links' thread almost every day several times per day with some very usefull information.
So if you can not find something in the forum - go to links thread.
Volatility.
As many people asked me about volatility by PM so just want to re-mind this page with many indicators, links, EAs, ebook, explanations and so on.
This few days since Monday is difficult week for some EAs.
And because of that it is very interesting to see which EAs did profit or losses.
Just want to remind that all EAs with the settings are in files thread.
Just for 3 days only:
26, 27 and 28th of February.
1. Firebird 0.65 (unfixed version tested for more than 1 year - see excel file in files thread):
- EURUSD: -130;
- GBPUSD: +15;
- USDJPY: -262;
- USDCHF: -241.
If you see my excel file so you will understand that this losses is nothing for unfixed version.
2. Firebird 0.65 (fixed version).
- EURUSD: no trades;
- GBPUSD: no trades;
- USDJPY: -186;
- USDCHF: no trades.
Seems i should stop testing fixed versions. Because unfixed version is more profitable. Besides fixed version is trading USDJPY only.
3. TPE EA.

4. SBS EA.
- EURUSD: -22;

It is not all EAs. Just some of them.

I thought I was alone in this. The last few weeks were quite bizarre for my EA which has been producing positive results consistently (in backtests) since 1999. Today, there was some improvement, so I hope that things will go back to normal. I think it was the sudden drop of the USD yesterday probably linked to Dow's extreme plummet (and possibly the failed attack -or assassination- attempt of Cheney?).
But let's check again the coming weeks and see.

I am testing this EA since January 2006 but I changed account 2 times so it is what I have in my MetaTrader now.
If you look at the red line (equity) you will understand why I selected starting deposit in 50,000 for this EA.
