Timecurrent Problem

Hi all,

I am using an indicator called: candletime‌, which is based on:

//+------------------------------------------------------------------+
//|                                                   candleTime.mq5 |
//|                   Francesco Danti Copyright 2011, OracolTech.com |
//|                                       http://blog.oracoltech.com |
//|                                      email:     fdanti@gmail.com |
//+------------------------------------------------------------------+

the Problem is, that he shows wrong remaining time on MT5 32 Bit build: 1550 ; 06 / mar / 2017.

After I made some tests, I have seen, that he uses Timecurrent. The problem is, that Timecurrent responds at the moment: 2514.07.05 11:00:51 (!!!!)
So for me was clear, that this is the Reason.

Is this a known issue on the MT5 ? I remember, that an older Version of MT5 64 bit also had the same Issue.

Can someone confirm this, and maybe someone has an idea how to use an equivalent function to get the (correct) Time, which is used in the Indicator for getting the time ?‌

Regards
Maquez‌‌

UPDATE:
It seems, that this issue is only based on Metaquotes MT5 with Metaquotes Accounts ! I tried Roboforex as example, and there is no such Issue !

Don't use Metaquotes-Demo account unless you know well what you are doing.

Metaquotes is not a broker‌. It's for testing purpose only.

I know very well what I am doing.

But I haven´t expected, that Metaquotes results this kind of Issue. And trust me, if a Dev is downloading the MT5 from this Site, and is coding with Timecurrent, then he will get weird because of this issue !

So, what Broker could you suggest to use ?

  1. There are no mind readers here - no one knows what you are doing.
  2. Brokers discussions are not allowed.

Nice answer,

I think my topic can be closed.
Depending on the answers here it looks like, that I am on the wrong Forum, when I am awaitng a constructive answer.

Thanks !‌
