EA no martingale, no Pyramid

Hy everybody
is there anyone who can suggest me a valid EA with no Martingale and no Pyramiding to buy or rent?
I'm quite new of MT4 so i need to be guided to do backtests before buying or renting it and later on I need to be giuded in set it up on the account.
