EA works locally, but will not operate on VPS through MT4 (DLL allow problem)

The EA I am using works fine on my local machine and requires 'Allow DLL'. I have attempted to synchronize the EA onto a VPS rented through MT4, but it will not automate on the VPS. The journal shows a successful log on the synchronization, but the VPS does not run. The documentation says that I can't have 'Allow DLL' checked in order to work on the VPS. If it is required for the EA to function, but the VPS doesn't allow it, what is the solution. The VPS is Webzilla through MT4. Your help is greatly appreciated.
 
Have you ever tried with Server provide by MQL5?
