If there are good signal and giving profitable signal I want to know, whether using signal also need cost to paying service

there is a lot of good signals here in mql5 but you must check with the trader that his strategy will fit your investment account 

as most profitable traders is making good money from Forex as they treat it like a business  and they want to make a very good decisions while trading
