one trade at a time

i am using an ea saadscalper, but i want to have it only open one trade at a time. i tried disabling martingale both of them but it did not work. is their a script or something i can do so it only opens one at a time(not more then one)?

helo. i need your help. in the function start() i want to open just one order but my problem is when the condition is ok my EA open a lot of order...

I had found code here but when i put it into metaeditor it gives me an error. it seems it would allow the ea to only put 3 orders in at a time, i just have the change the 5 to a 3
