The usual way of getting calendar data is to read the free service from ForexFactory, e.g. as discussed at https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/157486
If, instead, you want properly tagged-up, machine-readable news, then you're looking at something like Bloomberg. They'll give you a feed along with a Terminal licence, if you ask nicely. But they'll want about $20K per annum.
