This needs a lot more attention to get it running: http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?p=7613828. Acutally, I didn't yet get it to work after the recent changes at the CFTC site.

I did exactly what it says (https://www.mql5.com/en/code/12688) but nothing happens.

It's better to use Timecharting or buy COT indicator suite.
